About me

I have always been referred to as women of many talents and diversified interests. I love life and wish to live it fully. My friends, my co-workers and my family have known me for my enthusiasm, my dedication, my commitment to the betterment of people and the world. This deep desire to help and be of service to humanity has brought me on my own path of self-development. My curiosity and determination to break my own limitations and patterns have led me to look at various modalities of self-exploration. And this journey brought me to many wonderful teachers. Most recently, I met two very inspiring teachers and masters in their field (owners of Integral Coaching Canada®) as I studied for my Professional Coaching designation as a Professional Integral Coach™. This training was the most transformative work I have done in my life. The approach to integral coaching is holistic and has opened me to my own multidimensional make up, which is, the workings of my mind, and interconnectedness to my body, and my soul. Because of the successes I have personally known and seen in the people I have coached, I am committed to helping people like you who would like to make positive changes and do not know how and where to start.

In addition to these latest qualifications, I also come with over 30 years of government, small business and NGO experience in the areas of Management, Human Resources, Communications, Training and Organization Development gained in various capacities either from the private, para-public and public sectors. I have also been self-employed in the alternative health care sector.

I have been formally educated in the field of Early Childhood Education and Leadership Development. I hold a professional designation in Orthotherapy (massage based therapy), and have trained in various alternate health care modalities such as hypnotherapy, energy work and spiritual healing. As a result of many years of meditation and visualization practices, I have become perceptibly intuitive and have focused much of my spare time at furthering this ability through training and giving back by offering workshops in this field.

On a personal note, I was born and raised on a farm in Cochrane, a small village in Northern Ontario, and moved to Ottawa over 30 years ago. I come from a large French Canadian family of 9 children. Even though my childhood was challenging, my family has been my greatest teacher. I am so grateful for my humble beginnings for they have shaped me, for the most part; as the person I am today. I am an active spiritual community member, and the mother of three beautiful children. For my own revitalization, I seek seclusion and quietude at the cottage with my husband Paul. My curiosity is nourished with our world travels. I am so thankful to all those who have accompanied me, thus far, on my life journey.

I am so excited to be alive and to be of service to you!
